You have made some very interesting points and therefore selections. I cannot strongly disagree with anything you have said or anyone you have selected. I just have my own preferences. I too am a Queenslander who shares a similar opinion on the future of origin if we continue to dominate.
Fullback:
Spot on , no argument . Unless GI changes his mind and they change the rules and he plays for his proper state.
Centres:
As much as I don’t like Jennings he always looks dangerous when he has the ball. I was going to go with Jennings and J Morris but after the Raiders v Storm game this past weekend… Blake Ferguson , that cheek , attitude and flair he possesses might be just what NSW need.
A bit left field……
Hayne . He'd play a union style centre. Play making on the edges and his speed and footwork could be a deadly asset for NSW. Also the position would get him more time with the ball in hand than being on the wing without the pressure of being a main play maker. It also could give him a confidence boost to take back too eels.
Wings:
Going on his tremendous form and his amazing try scoring ability Nathan Merritt should be a no brainer for NSW selectors.
As for the other winger I'm split between Uate and J Morris. Uate would easily win the spot in my books if his defence was solid because we all know he is a match winner.
J Morris would get the spot because he is consistent all round and because he would have been my chosen centre if it wasn’t for Blake’s performance this weekend .
Halves:
You brought up an interesting thought about using the Roosters halves combination and next year maybe selecting the Rabbits halves. I'd say NSW selectors will pick Carney and Pearce as much as I think Pearce has had his chance. I wouldn't protest against their selection as I'm worried Adam Reynolds is too young for origin. If I knew Reynolds would be unaffected after his origin experience I'd hand him his jersey right now. Besides we know the Carney/Pearce combo works it got Rooster to a grand final recently.
In 2014 and beyond the halves would have to be Carney and Reynolds.
Props:
Paul Gallen and James Tamou would also be my starting props but if Gallen is unable to play because of the injury sustained in the game yesterday I would start Willie Mason. He is the key to NSW winning origin …. Yes , Willie Mason! He doesn’t just bring his footy to the team , he bring his larger than life personality. Mason’s passion for the game is unrivalled in this modern game. In my opinion Mason could just about win NSW origin from sitting on the bench …he’d make his presence felt.
To me it’s pretty simple for NSW in 2013 … No Mason , No Chance
Woods would be next in line for starting spot.
Back row:
Luke Lewis , Greg Bird
Glenn Stewart V Ryan Hoffman for last starting spot. As much as I prefer Hoffman as a player , I know Glenn will step up for origin and the Brother combination is a priceless asset for NSW. So I’m going to go with Glenn.
Hooker:
Robbie Farah ....
Bench:
Woods, Hoffman, Gidley, Watmough, Merrin , Fifita, Sutton and Mannah.
Just missing out on starting spots Hoffman and Woods get a seat on the bench. Gidley wins his seat on the bench for his un matched versatility and just to give the team a bit of a spark here and there.
For the last spot on the Bench I would go with Fifta in a normal NRL game but I think NSW need experience so for that reason the last spot on my nsw bench goes to Watmough. He is a surprising quick and freakishly talent with the ball for a big man. I’ll be expecting him to bust through a few tackles up the middle and link up with B Stewart for a try under the sticks. I really like Sutton but i think to play in origin he would have play in the second row and at the Current time NSW have a very strong second row. His play making style i don't think would suit origin, normally you have to be a smart, flashy and well organised half.

Thanks for reading everyone… Sorry the article took me so long. I felt really weird trying to think of ways for NSW to win origin. The QLD article shouldn’t take me long …. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
Don’t know if this article really brings up any points apart from that I really like Willie Mason .
